ROLLS-ROYCE: plans for new Barnoldswick factory
PLANS for a new Rolls-Royce factory to be built at the Bankfield site in Barnoldswick have been submitted to Pendle Council, despite concerns a contract with the US Government which would generate the 100 extra jobs for the plant may not be secured.
